Have you ever realized how easy we as humans can destroy this planet? We are in a time where we really could be close to destoy our self! And there is not just one way we can be extinct. There are three possible treats to our planet.
One, Environmental desaster. If we keep on living in this world thinking we can consume the way we are doing know, we are wrong. The more we consume, the more factories we build, the more food we grow and animals we kill, the more garbage and chemical waste we put out in the environment. We know that we are destoying the planet and we know that we are putting pollutions and toxic out in nature. If we do not realize that it all will effect us in the end. We are going to die because of ower own stupidity. We are going to die because we don´t have clean water, because of the radiation in the food. If not a change happens in the end it will be posion for us just to breath.
Second, Nuclear Weapons. Did you know that we have enough explosive to blow up the whole planet? The goverments are not telling us the truth about nuclear weapons and nobody even knows how many that exist on this planet. If every country would own a nuclear atom bomb we could have 246 bomb that easely could wipe out everything. We also have, on top of that some bigger countries like China, US and Russia that seem to have this long conflict over years and years, trying to beat each other with "who is best" "who is biggest" to show there power over the planet. So many possibilitie to start a 3:e World War but this time maybe with no survivers.
Third, Machines and Technology. Many of humans don´t belive that the tecnology and the machines can kill us. BUt what I have come to know is something disturbing and can change everything we thought we knew about the world we are living in. The more advanced machines and technology becomes the more dangerous and difficult it is to control them. We program the machines to be able to think for themselves and build robots that can read human facial expressions and react accordingly. What happens when technology takes over? May all humans be replaced in all professions, by a machine, and who controls the machines? Should we have a superpower that determines how machines and robots are doing and behave? Should we let technology take over so we can all be controlled and directed? Do you want information on where you are, where your children are, what they buy, what they eat and how much money you have in the account be information for goverments and everyone? The technology can easily become a way to control humanity, to limit the people and get people to follow the "normal".

The most important thing we can do is to wake up and take action. Be aware! Be the change you want to see in this world. Be the protector, be nourishing, be the healer!
